Apparently not everything went well when Ollie and mommy moved from way west to the Queen City... Mommy is in a fully renovated 1870s apartment building next to an urban park. So Ollie started scratching big time. Tried Prednisone, some other medicine with the weight calibrated syringe, no luck. Tried shifting his diet to Hills sensitive, no luck.

Finally the new vet suggested allergy testing via blood draw and that revealed allergy to a certain type of dust and oak. The dust is a wonder, mommy is OCD about cleanliness and has hardwood floors. Oaks, lots outside. So we got a massive HEPA filter and Ollie is doing allergy shots. So far 2 months into it, no scratches.
